RETURNS POLICY

We want you to have the very best experience with your purchase of my artwork, because of that we have a fuss free process should anything go wrong during the delivery process

Should the painting be damaged during transit we ask you document any and all damage to packaging and to the artwork including water damage. In some cases artwork can be restored, UK clients are able to return and redelivered within a reasonable timeline pre agreed depending on the complexity of the restoration. European and Worldwide purchases can be returned once an insurance claim is made on the artwork to cover the loss and damage. Depending on circumstances the artist can offer a replacement painting to replace the loss however any replacement will be entirely new and in no way a copy of the original.

All artwork is sold as seen and in some cases parts of the Uk can book a in home viewing at a cost of £250.00 /please contact us for the geographic availability.

When returning products you are advised to use an insured parcel service which requires a signature on delivery you are entirely responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final. You are given many chances to make changes during the development of the piece.

If you have bought the item in person I won't accept any returns.

Refunds

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation by me

I reserve the right to cancel the Contract between us if:

  • I have insufficient stock to deliver the items you have ordered or such items have been discontinued.

  • One or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information.

  • I do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by me from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. I will not be liable to pay any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
